Egentligen så bör kallbryggt kaffe dra 8 timmar ungefär, men jag hade inte lust att vänta så länge. Men har du tid så vänta!
In English:
I gave Christian (my fiancé) an espresso machine for christmas. Since then we've both been pretty much obsessed with coffee (or espresso). I wanted to find a way to use the espresso in my baking (not a problem really). Then I saw this post by the talented Pioneer Woman and realized I HAD to make iced coffee. I really wanted to make the Vietnamese version, but I didn't have condensed milk at home. Anyway, Ree (aka Pioneer woman) thinks it is better to use cold brewed coffee for iced coffee, so I took her advice since she obviously knows a great deal about the subject. I must say I agree with her. So I let the espresso machine rest this time and used my french press instead.
If you have time, let the coffee soak for 8 hours or more!

Och såhär går det till..
Jag har inte skrivit några exakta mått eftersom man kan göra iskaffet helt efter sin egen smak vad gäller mängd av de olika ingredienserna. Klicka på bilderna för att se dem större.
And this is how it's made.. I haven't written down the exact measurements - you can make it just the way you like it! Click for larger pictures.

I use the same receipe since last summer and its sooooo amazing!
ReplyDeleteI just loooove your photos! :) ♥
ReplyDeleteIsn't it? I love it! I think I will have to make some syrup too :-)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog, beautiful photos!! How do you make this kind of dark photos?
ReplyDeleteMia, Switzerland
Soooo beautiful light!! I prefer the dark photos because most of the time there are much more unique then the lighter ones. And also I adore your food- and propstyle: then wooden underground, the little used dresser, the glas with the milk, the jute fabric. Everything is so well composed. Love it! Cheers Susanne
